Real talk: we want you here because you want to be, not because you're locked in. Cancel any time. Here's the fine print in plain English.
Cancel any time
You can cancel your Tier 2 or Tier 3 subscription at any time from your account or by contacting boonity@boonity.govelocityhub.com. Cancellation stops future billing — no drama, no guilt trip.
The 7-day free trial
Paid tiers start with a 7-day free trial. We won't charge you until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you cancel after a charge, the cancellation applies to your next renewal.
Refunds
If you're charged by mistake, or you cancel right after a renewal in the same billing cycle, contact us at boonity@boonity.govelocityhub.com within 7 days and we'll sort it out. Recurring charges are otherwise non-refundable once the billing period has started.
How to cancel
Sign in, hit your account, pick your plan, and switch to Free — or email us. Your data stays until you tell us to delete it.
