Your business stays your business. Here's the plain-English version of what we collect, why we use it, and how we keep it on lock — including your right to delete it.
What we collect
The basics to make the app work: your username, email or phone (to hold your account and send reminders), and the answers you choose to share in prompts, games and onboarding. We never track your partner's location. Each person's answers stay private until both of y'all choose to reveal them.
Why we use it
To run your account, personalize your experience, send the occasional reminder or love note, and improve what we build. That's it. We don't sell your data. Full stop.
Sharing & deletion
We don't sell your data, and we share it only where needed to run the service or where the law requires. You can update your info, ask us to delete it, or bounce anytime — it's your love life, you're in the driver's seat. Anyone can leave a relationship space or delete their data at any time.
International users & privacy rights
If you're outside the US, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California) — like accessing, correcting, or deleting your data. To exercise any of them, email us. We'll honor them to the extent the law requires.
Children
Boo-N-i-Ty is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is on here, tell us and we'll remove it fast.
Keeping it safe
We use industry-standard security. Nothing's ever 100% unhackable, but we treat your private moments like they're ours.
